FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: process medium is prepared by making composition of particles of metal containing minerals and by mixing it with lubricant. Further, process medium is supplied into a friction zone and there is formed wear-resistant anti-friction surface under thermal and mechanical load. Also, composition contains elements at the following ratio, wt %: synthetic fullerenes 5-50, metal containing minerals 5-20, synthetic crystals 10-80, and molecular sieves 2-10. Minerals are subjected to preliminary physical-mechanical purification from impurities. For composition making first there are mixed particles of fullerenes and synthetic crystals, further, the said mixture is mixed with particles of molecular sieves combined with dehydration and mechanical activation at crumbling particles to sizes less, than 1 mcm.

EFFECT: increased anti-friction and strength properties of rubbing surfaces.
