FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: method for preventing sand production and reducing water influx to the well with low formation temperature involves warming-up of bottom-hole zone of formation and pumping to bottom-hole zone of formation of saturated water solution of mineral salt, which is heated to temperature of not less than 90°C; mineral salt has solubility difference of more than 700 g/l in temperature range of 20°C to 90°C. Prior to saturated water solution of mineral water there pumped to the well is quartz sand with fraction size of 0.05 to 2 mm in natural bitumen heated to 60°C and having viscosity at this temperature of not less than 60 mPa·s.
EFFECT: improving efficiency of works on strengthening of bottom-hole zone and restriction of water influx owing to increasing the depth of penetration to the formation of compound for fixing the bottom-hole zone and reducing the duration of works.
