FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: device for pressure drop consists of breaking disk of reverse action with laser-made electro-polished line of relieving groove. There are design versions of such device and procedure for fabrication of a thin metal device for pressure drop. This procedure consists in forming an electro-polished line of a relieving groove in the breaking disk of reverse action which guarantees complete disk opening at reverse operation. A work-piece of the breaking disk is subjected to preliminary bulging, to finish bulging and to coating with a layer of a resistant material. Laser is used for removal of at least part of a layer of resistant material corresponding to a specified line of the relieving groove in concave external surface of the bulged breaking disk. Further, the disk is subjected to electro-polishing when metal is removed off a zone of the breaking disk subjected to laser treatment. Thus there is formed polished to a lustre line of the relieving groove of desired shape and specified depth related to thickness of material. The electro-polished relieving line is formed with opposite spaced parts in form of a channel separated by means of central part in form of a crown. Notably, channel parts have depth bigger, than the crown part. By means of changing pressure at preliminary disk bulging, breaking pressure/reversing disk with the electro-polished line of the relieving groove can be alternately controlled.
EFFECT: increased reliability and accuracy of actuation of breaking disk of reverse action.
