FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: burner for settling coal soot on mould (12) for glass dishware consists of sprayer (26) with circular row of individual outlet orifices (34, 40) for gas, of fuel channel connected with first multitude (34) of outlet orifices and of channel for oxidant connected to second multitude (40) of outlet orifices. Also, the first multitude of the outlet orifices alternates with the second multitude of outlet orifices along the circular row forming alternating outlet orifices along the circular row for fuel and oxidant. Further, the burner is equipped with an igniting electrode for ingnition of fuel and oxidant fed from the sprayer. The burner includes electro-conducting block (42) with orifice (43) and separate channels (46, 44) passing through the block for supply of fuel and oxidant into the said orifice. Notably, sprayer (26) contains tip (28) installed inside cup (30) threaded in orifice (43), channel (32) for fuel communicating with second channel (46) of the block, channel (38) for oxidant communicating with first channel (44) of the block and an electrode channel inside the circular row of the outlet orifices. The igniting electrode at the centre of the sprayer of the burner is positioned inside the electrode channel and inside the circular row of the outlet channels for gas. The burner is equipped with a unit composed of electrode (54), insulator (56) and nut (60). The unit can be removed from unit (66) of the ignition block. The electrode unit designed for igniting fuel and oxidant coming from the outlet orifices, includes igniting electrode (54) in form of a rod surrounded with bushing (56) insulating the electrode from the sprayer. The burner has electric coil (68) mounted on the block with input terminal (72) for reception of a igniting signal and with output terminal (74) connected with the ignition electrode. Electric coil (68) is sealed inside case (66) mounted on block (42). Output terminal (74) of the coil is connected with connecting plate (62) whereto the igniting electrode unit is threaded. The first multitude of the outlet orifices corresponds to separate round outlet holes, while the second multitude of the outlet orifices corresponds to separate slits alternating within the range of the row of the outlet orifices with round outlet orifices and arranged radially relative to the circular row, thus forming mixture of fuel and oxidant whereat central section is rich with oxidant.
EFFECT: system of lubrication of mould for glass dishware diminishing or eliminating deposits of carbon of spark electrodes.
