FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: system of cooling or heating consists of at least compressor (10), of reservoir-collector for coolant (4), of condenser (11), of inspection device with jet pump for circulation of coolant and for control over it, and of evaporator (13). The invention is distinguished like follows: the system consists of branch (8) for withdrawal of condensate from condenser (11) made at input into the jet pump, of an outlet branch (9) for connection with evaporator (13) made at output from the jet pump, of device (3) of visual inspection over the jet pump and of reserve branch (7). Branch (7) is made at output from the jet pump and communicates with a reservoir-collector (4) transporting coolant between reservoir-collector (4) and the jet pump; this branch is located on opposite side from device (3) of visual inspection over the jut pump. The invention also refers to device (12) for control of coolant in the system of cooling or heating.

EFFECT: control over amount and quality of coolant.
