FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: procedure consists in sampling liquid metal and in measuring its temperature by means of thermo-couple. Also, at measuring temperature of melt there is performed its thermo-graphic analysis by means of measuring curve of cooling on base of which there plotted the second derivative, peak of which determines contents of hydrogen in aluminium alloys.

EFFECT: raised accuracy of determination of hydrogen in aluminium alloys.
