SUBSTANCE: device comprises the first and second accumulators (B1, B2), connected in parallel to main loads (14, 22), step-up converter (12A), provided between the first accumulator (B1) and main loads, step-up converter (12B), provided between the second accumulator (B2) and main loads, auxiliary accumulator (B3), DC-to-DC converter (33) and auxiliary load (35), driven by power from auxiliary accumulator (B3) or DC-to-DC converter (B3). Controller (30) defines currents of charging or currents of discharging for accumulators (B1, B2), reflecting changes in current passing through auxiliary load (35).
EFFECT: reduced imbalance between currents of charging, discharging for multiple devices of energy accumulation.
