FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry. Proposed device comprises signal generation circuit, charging able, EVSE-controller to allow control signal generation, activation controller and signal operating circuit. The latter is mounted at transport facility to allow EVSE-controller notification. Proposed method comprises transport facility activation. System is activated in response to any connection and control signals. EVSE- controller is notified to send control signal by non-impulse method unless system is activated.
EFFECT: reliable activation.
