SUBSTANCE: power supply device includes the first and the second rechargeable batteries (BA, BB), loading diagram (23), the first up converter (12A) converting the voltage between the first assembly (N1) to which there connected is the first battery (BA), and the second assembly (N2) to which there connected is loading diagram (23), the second up converter (12B) converting the voltage between the third assembly (N3) to which there connected is the second battery (BB), and the second assembly, and charging/discharging unit (40) transmitting the energy received from external power supply. Power supply device also includes the first main relay (SMR2A) of the system, the second main relay (SMR2B) of the system and controller (30) controlling the first and the second main relays (SMR2A, SMR2B) of the system and the first and the second up converters (12A, 12B).
EFFECT: simplifying the power supply charging from external sources.
