FIELD: power industry.

SUBSTANCE: method refers to electrical power engineering and can be used in steam-gas plants (SGP) with internal cyclic gasification of solid fuel. Invention deals with method of internal cyclic oxygen-steam fuel gasification and generation of electric energy, which involves fuel gasification processes in presence of oxygen, cleaning of the obtained synthesis gas and generation of electric energy in steam-gas plant. Oxygen is obtained by means of short-cycle adsorption method in which oxygen is adsorbed and after desorption under low pressure and equalisation of pressure in balance tank it is compressed in compressor to working pressure in gasifier; and non-adsorbed nitrogen under high pressure is mixed with synthesis gas and mixture is supplied in one flow to combustion chamber of gas-turbine engine as fuel for generation of electric energy in SGP. Invention also refers to combination plant for fuel gasification and electric energy generation.

EFFECT: recovery of energy consumption by 55-65% for production and compensation of oxygen, which provides improvement of net efficiency of SGP on solid fuel by 7-9%.
