FIELD: gas-and-oil producing industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to heat power engineering and can be used for fabrication of solid fuel elements, particularly, briquettes and granules on base of carbon containing materials. The fuel element contains carbon containing material and binding. Peat is used as carbon containing material. Binding corresponds to mixture of water and peat. Also, mixture of water and peat at least once is passed through a disperser with pressure drop from 0.1·105 Pa to 25·105 Pa.
EFFECT: increased heat generating capacity of fuel element, considerable increase of element hardness and resistance to moisture effect.
