FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: proposed system comprises ICE 2, vortex rotor-type heat generator 3, heat exchanger-heat recovery unit 6 communicated with system 9 of ICE exhaust system. Vortex-type heat exchanger-heat recovery unit 12 communicated via coolant feed line 13 and coolant return line 14 with cooling system of engine 2 is arranged between inlet channel 10 feed liquid into heat generator 3 and inlet valve 11. Said lines 13 and 14 are communicated by bypass channel 15 with valve 16 upstream of extra vortex-type heat exchanger-heat recovery unit 12. Feed line 13 incorporates valve 17 arranged ahead of bypass channel 15. Vortex-type heat exchanger-heat recovery unit 12 of cooling system is made up of concave parallel split plates 18 rigidly secured on pipeline 19 communicated with aforesaid lines 13 and 14 to form triangular cross section along the split line 20. Said plates are arranged inside vertical cylindrical reservoir 22 tightly surrounding said section of pipeline 19. Triangular openings in plates 18 are located in one plane. Branch pipe 23 to feed heat carrier into cylindrical reservoir 22 is arranged at its top and represents a nozzle, while outlet branch pipe 24 is arranged at its bottom, both being arranged tangentially relative to cylindrical; surface of reservoir.
