FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and can be used in treatment of fibrinoid syndrome after cataract extraction with implantation of intraocular lens in patients with pseudoexfoliation syndrome. For this purpose 1-2 days before cataract extraction with implantation of intraocular lens, as fibrinolytic therapy, introduced is thrombovasim in dose 2 tablets 2 times per day. In post-operational period intake of thrombovasim is increased to 4-5 tablets 2 times per day. After that, carried out is YAG laser destruction of fibrinous elements in anterior eye chamber during several sessions, as well as anti-inflammatory therapy. After each session of laser intervention, massage of eyeball in projection of posterior chamber is carried out.

EFFECT: method ensures treatment of developed fibrinoid syndrome in said category of patients due to complex impact on fibrinolysis process by its activation and acceleration.
