SUBSTANCE: method involves acting upon anterior chamber moisture with YAG-laser pulses. Impulse power is equal to 2-10 mJ, focal spot diameter is 10-20 mcm before occurrence gas-vapor bubble(s). Its/their movement towards anterior chamber angle top pole is estimated. Fibrinous exudate is detected when no such movement is observed and bubble(s) is/are fixed in pupillary or parapupillary zone.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; revealing fibrinous exudate under lacking visualization conditions.
