SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to clinical immunology – allergology, and can be used in treating chronic allergic hives (CAH) in patients with underlying opisthorchiasis. Method involves introduction of prolonged action of corticosteroid Beclomethasone dipropionate – Diprospan 1 ml, intramuscularly once and detoxification agent Meglumine sodium succinate – Reamberin 400 ml, intravenously, once a day, for three consecutive days, combining with application of Praziquantelum – Biltricide 25 mg/kg day in 3 doses and simultaneous, in 2 weeks, carrying out of allergen-specific immunotherapy by cause-significant allergens on background of antihistamine preparations: Cetirizine – Zyrtec, anti-bradykinin: Tranexamic acid – Tranexam and antileukotriene: Montelukast – Singular.
EFFECT: use of the invention enables effective disease arrest with subsequent maintenance of remission of the disease for a long period of time, reduced frequency, duration and severity of CAH recurrences.
