FIELD: gas-and-oil producing industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to gas-and-oil producing industry and can be implemented at preparing return water-oil emulsions used as process liquids at secondary exposure of producing reservoirs, at well killing, at restricting water production, at hydro-breaks and at perforating gas-oil wells. Here is disclosed emulsifier of return water-oil emulsions containing (wt %): active substance (20-90), solvent (8-75) and functional additives (the rest). As an active substance emulsifier contains a product of interaction of not-saturated fatty acids and complex ethylene-amines, amine-alcohols and their mixtures; as a solvent there are used fractions of hydrocarbons containing alcohols, ethers and aldehydes C₁-C₁₂ or oil distillates; as functional additives there are used hydroxyl-ethylated alkyl-phenols or poly-vinyl-acetate depressant.

EFFECT: raised aggregate resistance and thermal stability of return water-oil emulsions used at extraction of oil irrespective of types of oil and reservoir water in them.
