FIELD: drilling.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing an invert emulsion emulsifier for drilling fluids, containing an active base in a carbon solvent, by creating the active base by a two-stage condensation reaction of fatty acids of tall pitch with polyalkylene polyamine, for example triethylenetetramine or diethylenetriamine, taken, respectively, in a molar ratio of 1:1-1.1 and 1:2.3 to tall pitch. The condensation reaction is carried out at heating in nitrogen flow with water distillation, at a temperature of 130°C at the first stage, and 180°C – at the second stage. The resulting active base of the emulsifier is dissolved in diesel fuel at a mass ratio, wt.%: active base – 62-60, diesel fuel – 38-40.
EFFECT: providing thermostability of process fluids used in oil production, stability of rheological characteristics and high aggregate stability of drilling fluids, when using the emulsifier.
