FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, namely, to production of "blisk"-type rotors and is intended for promising gas turbine engines. Proposed method comprises mounting vane lock part made from heat-proof nickel alloy in groove of the disk made from heat-proof deformable nickel alloy, diffusion welding of joint at (tcd γ'-10°C)-(tcd. γ'+30°C), where tcd. γ' is the temperature of complete dissolution of γ'-phase of heat-proof deformable alloy, and thermal treatment. Assembly clearance is set to make 0.1-0.25 mm to filled by heat-proof nickel alloy powder with particle size of 20 to 100 mcm. Finally, metal powder is sintered in said clearance. Powder composition corresponds to or approximates to that on one of the materials to be jointed. Required requirements to fit of jointed parts, reduced manufacturing costs.

EFFECT: reduced weight, longer life.
