FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to metallurgy and can be applied in manufacturing of heat-resistant nickel alloy articles used in aviation industry and power engineering. To obtain a composite workpiece of disc-shaft type out of heat-resistant nickel alloys, workpiece parts with prefabricated structure are made. The parts are joined in advance, and the composite workpiese undergoes isothermal deformation. Then the composite workpiece undergoes hot isostatic pressing and heat treatment. The method involves preliminary joining of composite workpiece parts by vacuum soldering, and isothermal deformation of the composite workpiece is performed in the air with total deformation ratio of at least 50 %.
EFFECT: increased metal utilisation rate, reduced time and energy cost for workpiece manufacturing.
