FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: here is disclosed cellular element (1) with two opposite ends (2). This element consists of at least one case (3) and at least one metal layer (5) forming channels (4), and also, at least one zone (6) on at least one end; this zone is soldered with brasing filler and forms hoop-shaped section (7) not containing braze and adjacent to case (3). Further there is disclosed procedure for fabrication of the corresponding cellular element and preferable fields of application.
EFFECT: high quality of metal layer connection, correspondingly, connection of metal layers with case even at unfavourable ratio between diametre and length of cellular element; facilitation of efficient compensation of difference in values of heat extension of components, also, facilitation of high durability and accommodation under effects of high thermal and dynamic alternating loads.
