FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: carburettor includes housing, cover of housing, block of butterfly valves, constant fuel level support mechanism, start-up device, main dosing systems of primary and secondary chambers, idle run system, transient system of secondary chamber, econostat, accelerating pump and control mechanism of butterfly valves. Closing spring of air damper is located above the cover of the housing in close proximity to inlet neck (air intake holes of chambers) of carburettor and connected to pins of levers. Carburettor is equipped with thermal screen made in the form of a piece of pipe, two plates, each of which has a hole, narrowed part and an oval hole. Closing spring of air damper is arranged inside the pipe piece; bent ends of the spring are led into the holes of the plates, which in their turn by means of oval holes are put on pins of levers and fixed in counterbores-grooves owing to spring tension. Narrowed part of plates are partially led inside the pipe piece.

EFFECT: higher operating reliability of carburettor.
