Device for implementing the method includes shielding plates 20A-C equipped with devices 22 and 25 for their movement, devices 23 and 24 for their attachment in switching cell/installation and devices 27, 28A for disconnection of switching device.

EFFECT: improving maintenance safety of the devices under voltage.
