SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Absorbing clothes item additionally includes parts of belt, attached to belt part of the first panel for body, and is adapted for enveloping the waist of absorbing clothes item user and fastening together by means of the first fastening means. The second panel for body in its belt part includes the second fastening means, adapted for their fastening to, at least, one of belt parts in such a way that absorbing clothes item will take underpants-like shape. In testing on the device for cyclic test on belt stretching, absorbing clothes item does not slide downward for more than 15 cm from its initial position during, at least, ten cycles of stretching/shrinking and during, at least, 30 seconds after finishing, at least, ten cycles of stretching/shrinking.
EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to improve product fitting and ability to remain in proper place on user during application.
