FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of producing absorbing elements 21 of pants-type clothing and to said absorbing element 55. Proposed method comprises formation of continuous multicomponent process web 22. Note here that said web 22 comprises intermediate zone 2, first and second lateral zones 3 and 4. Note also that every said lateral zone includes edge zone 6 and 7 extending along edge 8, 9 of process web 22, and cutting separate clothing articles 21 from said web. Formation of process web 22 comprises the following jobs: feeding first elastic web (24), stretching first elastic web (24) by 35-250%, intermittent laying of absorbing cores (33) in intermediate zone (2) of process web (22), feeding continuous web (23) of water permeable material and covering absorbing cores by the latter, securing first elastic web (24) to continuous web (23) of water permeable material in first lateral zone (3) of process web (22). Note here that first elastic web (24) is superimposed on process web (22) prior to or after superimposing continuous web (23) of water permeable material.
EFFECT: disposal pants-type article with strong joints between article separate parts.
