SUBSTANCE: group of inventions concerns pharmacology. A method for recovering an agent for supporting therapy from frozen-dried urchin hardroe involves freezing of urchin hardroe not later than 2 hours after its collection at temperature not less minus 40°C. It is followed with lyophilisation, and 5% acetic acid is added to the frozen-dried raw materials. Temperature of the suspension is increased to 60÷70°C, and peptides are extracted in the solution. Then, a supernatant is siphoned and filtered through a fabric, then the purified extract is supplied to tangential microfiltration. The prepared filtrate is delivered to solid-phase extraction. Chromatography is carried out at rates not exceeding 4 ml/h·cm² of a column section. The solution fractions are collected at the column outlets with the fractions containing peptide components being combined and delivered to a vacuum evaporation installation. The prepared end product characterised with pH=5.5-7.0, peptide concentration of molecular weight within 300 to 3000 Da is frozen-dried.
