FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relating to a technology for production of biologically active substances from frozen sea urchin spawn. The method envisages raw material treatment by way of sea urchin spawn freezing and successive treatment with extragents with subsequent filtering. The produced target product with pH=5.5-7.0, containing peptide components with a molecular weight varying from 300 to 3000 Da, undergoes lyophilisation. The supporting therapy remedy produced in accordance with the proposed method is a peptide complex, the molecular weight of the peptide components it includes varying from 300 to 3000 Da.
EFFECT: invention enables production of a remedy supporting the functions of the immune system, heart, brain and male reproductive system.
