SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for protection of container, mainly in the form of ampule. Device includes receiving housing for receiving the medium taken through the container hole which is lockable at the second point of compartment by means of the first protective component which exhibits the pre-set resistance to the opening forces. By means of the second protective component at its interaction with the first protective component the above pre-set resistance can be overcome to empty the container hole. The second protective component is made in the form of the head which is formed as an integral part on the head part of receiving container housing, which contains the container hole, as well as on protective component by means of the first separation point with possibility of separation by means of separation of compartment point. The first point of compartment exhibits resistance to the head compartment the value of which is lower than the pre-set resistance which is exhibited with the second point of compartment to the compartment of locking part from the container hole. Head includes handle and instrument part with gripping surfaces which can be engaged with the appropriate contact surfaces of the first protective component to overcome the resistance of the container hole emptying, which is exhibited with the second point of compartment.

EFFECT: invention provides reliable protection of the container contents, especially against children.
