FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of tanks (1) from thermoplastics and to their filling. In compliance with claimed process, extruded plastic sleeve is ejected into opened mould (11) and the mould tank forming elements are closed. Note here that said sleeve is expanded by pressure gradient applied thereto to get the tank (1), preferably, shaped to bellows to be filled with the product contents. Note here that the level of said product is increased by tank volume displacement towards the tank opening. Note also that the mould head half-dies are closed to form the closing head (5) for the tank opening. It differs from the known designs in that the tank (1), preferably, in the tank closing head area, is formed so that, first, one section of plastic sleeve (13) is kept unclosed to make the air discharge tube (3). At the tank volume displacement, the product level is increased via air discharge tube (3) to displace the air therefrom. Said head half-dies or extra head half-dies are closed to close said air discharge tube.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of the process.
