FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method for production of binder, including heating and ir oxygen oxidation of heavy fuel-oil residue and rubber crumbs at specified temperature, at the same time heating is carried out by thermolysis of initial mixture of heavy fuel-oil residue mixed with rubber crumb in the ratio of 1:0.1-1 at the temperature of 350-375°C and mixing for 10-60 minutes, with application of activating additive, such as flammable slates and/or natural or synthetic zeolytes, for produced mix in amount of 5-30 wt % per mix, and air oxygen oxidation is carried out at 230-300°C for 1-6 hours.

EFFECT: improved quality of binder.
