FIELD: textile, paper.
SUBSTANCE: method relates to production of electric insulation paper, to electrotechnical and pulp and paper industry and may be used in production of mainly cable and transformer paper. Method includes pulping of cellulose, grinding of cellulose mass, introduction of composite additive and moulding of paper fabric. Composite additive is bacterial cellulose Acetobacter xylinum (CAX) in amount of 2-10% from weight of absolutely dry fibre. At the same time specified bacterial cellulose is previously exposed to pulping for 100-120 minutes with subsequent grinding. Refining grinding is carried out for 20-30 minutes, and cutting is carried out for 1-3 minutes. CAX is produced by means of surface cultivation of strain Acetobacter xylinum VKM V-880.
EFFECT: increased electric and mechanical strength of electric insulation paper, and also heat resistance of components of paper-impregnated insulation, addition of CAX into electric insulation paper makes it possible to slow down processes of liquid dielectric damage due to more intense sorption cleaning of oil by cellulose component.
