FIELD: paper industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the electrical and pulp and paper industry and can be used in the production of electrical insulating paper types (mainly cable and transformer) with increased electrophysical properties, including heat resistance. Method includes dissolving and grinding the sulfate electrically insulating cellulose, the introduction of the composite additive and the molding of the paper web. As a composite additive, the chitin-glucan complex Aspergilus niger (XGC A.n.) is used, which is a large-tonnage waste of citric acid production, in an amount of 5-10% by weight of absolutely dry cellulose. In this case, said XGA A.n. is used in the form of a powder (average particle diameter of 20-50 μm), previously held in a 5% solution of sodium hydroxide for 1 hour, after which they are added to the paper pulp and the paper is cast. Introduction of XGK A.n. into the EIP contributes to the slowing down of the destruction of the liquid dielectric due to the more intensive sorption cleaning of the oil and solid dielectric due to the structure-forming ability.
EFFECT: technical result is to increase the electrical and mechanical strength of electrical insulating paper (EIP), as well as the heat resistance of paper impregnated insulation components (PIC).
