FIELD: textiles, paper.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of production of electrically insulating paper materials obtained from sulphate unbleached cellulose and designed to isolate the electrical power cables for voltage up to 35 kV inclusive, for insulation of telephone cables and winding wires, for the manufacture of different electrically insulating products. In order to improve stretchability and dynamic strength (energy of rupture) in the machine direction, as well as dielectric properties and processability the electrical paper has a deformed surface structure in the form of low-observable micro-folds obtained as a result of operation of micro-creping, elongation in the machine direction (5-15%) and the specific electrical conductivity of aqueous extract with the irrigation modulus of 1:50 in the range of (35-110) mcS/cm.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain the high-quality and high-reliability power cable with impregnated paper insulation.
