FIELD: electric centrifugal pumps.

SUBSTANCE: installation of electric centrifugal pumps with a submersible motor in a sealed cooling casing belongs to the oil industry and can be used to protect equipment in the well from overheating during oil production, to reduce the harmful effects of associated gas. The effect is achieved by the fact that the ECP is installed above the sealed casing with the SEM. The ECP input module is placed at the top of the hermetic casing above the SEM. The annular gap between the body of the ECP input module, equipped with a sealing core of the power cable with a cable collar, and the inner surface of the casing is sealed. The input module of the ECP is fastened to the cable collar, enclosing them with a sealing ring, covering the annular gap between the inner surface of the casing and the input module with an attached cable collar, which makes it possible to maintain an operating pressure of up to 50 atm. The design allows to ensure the efficient functioning of the equipment cooling system, excludes the intake of gas-liquid mixture through the sealed connection of the casing and the input module and the power cable, which increases the overhaul period of trouble-free operation of the unit.

EFFECT: increase in the time between repairs and trouble-free operation of the ECPI.
