FIELD: test engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the area of test rigs. The device test rig contains an electrical drive consisting of an electrical motor and a frequency converter controlling the electrical motor, a drive shaft for connection of a tested device's shaft to the electrical motor, means for installation of the tested device to the rig, an instrumentation, a system of control of torque and consumed power of the electrical motor, a hydraulic system, and a stabilization system of the operation fluid temperature. Whereupon, the hydraulic system contains a filler hydraulic tank and a pressure hydraulic tank performed with the possibility of connection to the suction chamber of the tested device by means of a vacuum gauge and a tap, a pressure hydroline, which is equipped with the first throttle, for connection with the motor section of the tested device, a low-pressure hydroline and a high-pressure hydroline, which is equipped with the second throttle, whereupon, the low- and high-pressure hydrolines are performed with the possibility of their switching in the case of connection to the radiator section of the tested device and with the possibility of connection to each other via a coupling hose, as well as pressure gauges, safety valves, electrically-operated valves, and flow measurement unit for operation fluid. The stabilization system of the operation fluid temperature contains temperature gauges, heating elements, an oil-cooling radiator, and an electro-magnetic valve controlling water feed to this radiator installed in the said pressure hydraulic tank.
EFFECT: as the result, there is increasing of functional capacities of the rig.
