FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: electric pneumatic valve consists of shut-off element of piston type pressed to main seat with spring and of valve of high pressure. The high pressure valve interacts with two seats. An orifice of one seat is connected with an inlet cavity of the electric pneumatic valve by means of a channel. An orifice of the second seat is connected with the cavity of a drain system. The orifice of the seat connected to the cavity of the drain system is additionally connected with an internal cavity of a bellows unit by means of the channel. An external cavity of the bellows element is connected with cavity of the additional valve by means of channels. The additional valve is coupled with an anchor of the electric magnet by means of an intermediate rod. On opposite ends of the additional valve there are positioned packing rings. One ring interacts with the seat, the orifice of which comes into the cavity of input pressure of the electric pneumatic valve. The second ring interacts with the seat, the orifice of which enters the cavity of the drain system.
EFFECT: increased reliability of valve and facilitation of specified operation speed.
