FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, namely, is a normally open valve for controlling fluid flow through pipelines. Essence of the invention consists in the fact that the membrane is clamped by means of a threaded connection between two support discs and is welded to the central disc which is located in the cover with a union forming a control cavity. Besides, the rod rigidly connected to the membrane comes out of the drainage cavity through the guide holes of the installed bushing pressed by the spring to the housing wall, and the hole of the housing. In the bushing there is a fluoroplastic ring, and at the ends there are channels for passage into the inlet cavity of the valve and through the slot in the end of the shut-off element pressed by the spring to the one-sided seat on the housing. Through the opposite seat along the axis installed on the cover housing the working medium passes into the valve.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at reduction of dimensions, increase of serviceability limits at high pressures of the working medium and cryogenic temperatures of the valve made with a membrane drive.
