FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: drain-safety valve of an oxidiser tank comprises a main valve and an auxiliary valve connected to each other by leak-proof pipelines as well as to a protected tank and to a drain pipeline. A pneumatic actuator for forced opening of the main valve is made as a leak-proof bellow fitted with a stem and reinforced by expanding wound spring rings. The stem interacts with a closing spring-loaded poppet. The pneumatic actuator is set inside the main valve bellows on the casing stiffening ribs. A channel to supply control pressure is provided in one of the said ribs. Longitudinal grooves are made on the cylindrical casing part to connect the cavity of the protected tank to the bellows cavity. A jet nozzle in the form of a throttle hole is provided in the closing spring-loaded poppet. The flow section of the said jet nozzle is less than the flow section of fully open auxiliary valve. The closing spring-loaded poppet and the bellows sensitive element of the auxiliary valve are connected to the casing via elastic centring diaphragms installed pairwise. Arc concentric notches are provided in the latter. The casing of the auxiliary valve is made separately from that of the main valve.
EFFECT: development of a DSV to maintain pressure in gas cavities of fuel tanks within the specified limits with high adjustment precision, lower weight and smaller dimensions of the valve.
