FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: automatic control method of heat load of building of closed heat supply system with dependent connection of subscriber connections of heating system circuit through water-to-water elevator involves the support of the specified heat load of building considering actual ambient air temperature. At that, heat load is controlled by the appropriate change of water flow through heating system depending on momentary change of weather conditions below breakpoint of temperature chart with change of injection of elevator and in addition with correcting pump at operation of heat supply system above breakpoint of temperature chart. Also, automatic control device of heat load of building is described.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of maintaining the specified temperature conditions of the building.
