SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering and can be used in heat supply systems of industrial buildings for automatic control of heat carrier parameters for one or more types of heat load (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, hot water supply). In the heat carrier parameters control unit with the automatic control system, the heating water supply pipeline contains a two-way control valve with an electric drive for the heat carrier supply to the main consumers, connected to the control cabinet, and the pipeline supplying the mixed heat carrier to the administrative and household premises contains a two-way control valve with an electric drive for supplying the heat carrier to additional consumers, connected to the control cabinet, wherein control cabinet allows automatic control of parameters of heat carrier supplied to consumers.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of obtaining heat carrier of specified parameters due to automatic control of heat carrier parameters for one or several types of heat load.
