SUBSTANCE: method for evaluating activity of earthworm preparation by a test reaction wherein the test reaction represents a cytoplasm circulation stop reaction in aqueous macrophyte cells with a decreased circulation activity factor shown by a cyclosis noneffect in the aqueous macrophyte cells or prolonged stop as compared to a reference preparation.
EFFECT: method allows assessing the quality of worm raw material and worm preparations in the field environment; it is useable, technically simple.
