FIELD: mechanics.

SUBSTANCE: device includes vertically installed pipe both ends of which are closed with valves allowing the water flow only upwards; to the upper pipe end there attached is a float, and to the lower one - load and rope connected to anchor interacting with sea bottom. Feature of device is that the valve located on upper end of pipe is located on piston entering the pipe and connected to additional float.

EFFECT: improving cooling efficiency of surface water of ocean during its disturbance, which allows during mass use of such devices reducing the probability of typhoon formation.
