SUBSTANCE: tube (15) with cold cathode comprises lengthy glass tube (18), which has end (31) of primary sealing side as its one end and end (33) of secondary sealing side as its other end. Electrode (19) is enclosed in each end (31, 33) of glass tube (18). Safety ring (20) is connected to external side of each end (31, 33) and is connected to according electrode (19). Safety ring (20A-1) fixed to end (3)1 of primary sealing side and safety ring (20B-1) fixed to end (33) of secondary sealing side differ by colour of whole surface from each other. Multiple tubes (15) with cold cathode are arranged and installed in assembly panel (12) so that adjacent tubes (15) with cold cathode are oppositely aligned with each other.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to neutralise unevenness of light.
