SUBSTANCE: image recording apparatus includes an image forming module designed to receive data on the captured image; a module for determining image configuration, designed to determine the corresponding image configuration; a module for controlling obtaining image configuration, designed to control obtaining image configuration in order to receive data of captured image for content of the image, having the corresponding image configuration; a capturing/recording module designed to record data of the captured image when data of the captured image are received with image content, having the corresponding image configuration; a module for information content of capture prehistory, designed for information content of the capture prehistory; a module for determining exhaustion of the image configuration, designed to determine whether data of the captured image with image content having the corresponding image configuration were recorded for a given number of times; and a module for setting up recording, designed to prevent recording of data of the captured image with image content having corresponding image configuration defined as recorded a given number of times.
EFFECT: image recording and processing apparatus which determines image content in order to prevent obtaining a redundant image having similar content.
