SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a sealing element for the body of a fan motor, and also to the fan motor body, which have higher reliability of sealing, assemblability and lower noise level. The sealing element (200) of the fan assembly (1) with the motor provides for the improved structure, and also a better reliability of sealing and assemblability of the assembly. The fan assembly (1) with the motor has an inlet hole (21) and an outlet hole (12), and the sealing element (200) has an external peripheral sealing part (230) to seal outer connecting part of the fan assembly, the sealing part (240) to seal the inlet hole and the sealing part (250) to seal the outlet hole. The external peripheral sealing part (230), the sealing part (240) of the inlet hole and the sealing part (250) of the outlet hole are arranged as a whole with each other.

EFFECT: sealing element (200) provides for higher efficiency of sealing, and also lower level of vibration and noise.
