FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to agriculture, namely to production of fertilisers from agricultural production wastes. The line of organic waste processing into bioproducts comprises reservoirs for initial components joined to a unit of preliminary mixture preparation, having an accessory for mixing and grinding. Device to decontaminate the mixture is arranged in the form of fermenters equipped with sensors of temperature and gas analyser, discharge conveyors and dosing gates. Upper part of fermenters is communicated with a unit of preliminary mixture preparation, representing reservoirs with discharge conveyors, which are arranged on the whole area of these reservoirs bottom and are united with a guide jacket with the discharge device of the mixer. The mixer is located under the discharge conveyors, above which grinding beaters are fixed. Perforated tubes of rectangular section are installed on the bottom of fermenters in process slots at inner sides of discharge conveyors. Height of pipes is equal to process slot height. Perforation is arranged on sides of pipes with reduction of perforation diametre from feed manifold from 8 to 4 mm, with perforation pitch of 100 mm. The belt discharge conveyor is joined to auger-roller press, which in its turn is joined to drying drum.

EFFECT: invention provides for convenience of service and higher reliability in the line operation.
