FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: poultry droppings processing line has a raw material preparation unit and units for pressing and drying. In the preparation unit raw material is dehydrated until its moisture content is 80-85% and the material is pressed by a two-way auger-type press enclosed in a perforated cylinder. The cylinder perforation extends to 0.8-0.9 of its length. The press is in communication with the process line drying chamber. The process of drying is performed with hot air forced through perforation in the drying chamber bottom. The dried product is delivered into the process line conditioning unit. The unit has a mill and a set of sieves for granulometric grading of the product and removal of solid foreign matter. EFFECT: higher efficiency; higher product quality. 1 dwg
