FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: here are claimed versions of mono-crystal super-alloy on base of Ni and turbine blade fabricated out of it. Super-alloy on base of Ni has the following composition: Co: from 0.0 wt % or more to 15.0 wt % or less, Cr: from 4.1 to 8.0 wt %, Mo: from 2.1 to 6.5 wt %, W: from 0.0 to 2.9 wt %, Ta: from 4.0 to 10.0 wt %, Al: from 4.5 to 6.5 wt %, Ti: from 0.0 to 1.0 wt %, Hf: from 0.00 to 0.5 wt %, Nb: from 0.0 to 3.0 wt %, Re: from 3.0 to 8.0 wt %, Ru: from 0.5 to 6.5 wt %, Ni and unavoidable impurities - the rest. Also, there is met a condition, when P1≤700, where P1 corresponds to parametre 1 calculated from formula: P1=137×[W(wt %)]+24×[Cr(wt %)]+46×[Mo(wt %)]-18×[Re(wt %)].
EFFECT: high relative creep limit of alloy; low weight of turbine blade and operability at higher temperatures.
