SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a nickel-based superalloy reinforced with a gamma-stroke phase and its use for the production and repairment of components of a turbine engine. The mentioned superalloy contains, wt.%: 9,0-10,5 Cr, 20-22 Co, 1,0-1,4 Mo, 5,0-5,8 W, 2,0-6,0 Ta, 3,0-6,5 Al, 0,2-1,5 Hf, 0,01-0,16 C, 1,5-3,5 Re, 0-1,0 Ge, 0-0,2 Y, 0-1 Si, 0-0,015 B, and nickel with impurities for the rest. The superalloy reinforced with the gamma-stroke phase can be used as material for welding wire or welding powder in the manufacture of a component of the turbine engine by welding. The mentioned component can be also obtained using this superalloy by layer-by-layer building up, or casting, or hot molding.
EFFECT: given nickel-based superalloy reinforced with a gamma-stroke phase has high oxidation resistance, high strength and plasticity, and welding material of superalloy provides for obtaining welded joints without cracks on monocrystal materials at an ambient temperature.
