FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: method includes arrangement of a sinking reinforced concrete well by means of soil excavation from its cavity and from under walls manually, arrangement of a reinforced concrete bottom, pumping of ground waters in process of construction. Besides, holes are drilled in the well walls along whole circumference and height of a water-bearing bed. A previously perforated polymer pipe (PE) wound with a filtering geotextile is lowered into the cavity of a reinforced concrete well. The geotextile is fixed with a copper wire. The polymer pipe is aligned relative to the reinforced concrete well so that the distance between the inner wall of the well and the polymer pipe is identical along whole circumference. The space between the pipes is filled in layers with gravel and sand mix, and a drainage pump is installed inside the polymer pipe with assembly of coupling pipes and electric cables.
EFFECT: increased reliability of the drain operation and considerable reduction in washing of fine soil particles into drainage, expanded hydrogeological conditions of the vertical drainage use.
