SUBSTANCE: device has a radiator with fins, a frame for mounting the circuit board for controlling the device and the fan, comprising an electric motor, whose rotor is fitted with blades, where the rotor is cup-like with a cylindrical surface and an end surface which faces the heat-removing surface of the radiator, wherein each blade of the fan lies on a spiral relative the cylindrical and end surface of the rotor. The blades are spiral surfaces similar to inverted L-shaped elements of a conical surface and can be have a scimitar shape with a straight scimitar shape on the cylindrical part of the rotor, which smoothly changes into an inverse scimitar shape on the end part of the rotor. In the third version, the set of blades is multiple-thread screw. In all versions, the common surface of two blades lying on the rotor diametrically opposite is an open surface of a Mebius band.
EFFECT: high efficiency of heat removal, simple design, reduced weight and size.
